I’m Lindsey.
Designer. Mom. Cookie Connoisseur.

I’m not sure how many kids sketch window display ideas or design baby clothing lines for college entrance projects (the origin of ‘Pinkablu’), but that was me. I was that kid. I am that kid, just with more experience now.

Design has always fascinated me.

Teeny tiny bugs with intricate patterns and metallic shells. The edges of f leaves with all their zigs, zags, and jags. The color of sea creatures.

Obviously, I am quite inspired by things in nature. It’s part of what drives my passion for sustainability.

Another inspiration? Kiddos.

Their nonsensical jokes that crack themselves up. Seeing the wheels turn as they problem solve. The unhindered perspective that allows them to ask unknowingly deep questions.

They are silly and fun and keep it real without trying. Knowing the current little ones will one day be grownups is also a motive for me to support sustainable practices wherever possible. Little heirs of the earth, as I see them. Designing with them in mind is both my inspiration and joy.
